Our story

A tale woven with traditions, people, and places that embody the mastery of Made in Italy. This 70-year-long narrative is fueled by passion and creativity, reflecting our ability to innovate as we step onto the field every day.

The entrepreneurial journey of Pietro Radici begins, as he starts producing refined carpets woven on jacquard looms under the name Tappetificio Nazionale Pietro Radici. This initiative served as a source of urban employment for an area that was then lacking in resources.

The first diversification of the company begins with the production of preformed carpets for the automotive sector. Within a few years, this division becomes a leader in the Italian automotive supply industry.

These are years when the company looks ahead, chooses its direction, opens the division dedicated to wall-to-wall textile floorings, and launches the Sit-in brand, supported by a group that has reached a thousand employees. From being a leader in the Italian market, it establishes itself on the international stage.

Entrepreneurship is built on foresight, and the company decides to invest in the artificial turf sector, quickly becoming the supplier of synthetic turf for prestigious professional sports organizations. The projects undertaken reflect the excellence and quality of the company.

The synthetic turf division expands its offering with the Landscape line, a product range developed for high-end residential, landscaping, urban planning, and decorative applications. This choice is solidified in 2010 with the partnership with Toujours Vert, a leader in the decorative grass market in France, which propels the company to develop increasingly innovative products.

The company redefines its core business by focusing exclusively on product competitive differentiators. Tappetificio Nazionale transforms into Radici Pietro Industries & Brands S.p.A.

The Radici Marine division is born with the aim of offering customized solutions for cruises, ferries, and yachts.

On July 26th, the company is listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the Italian stock market dedicated to high-potential growth companies.
